Recruitment Team Lead (IT)

 

We are happy to announce that we are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead for our Product Team! 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional interested in building strong teams to create extremely successful and useful products!

For now, we have 3 Mobile Apps which are #1 in their subcategories and we continue the creation of new applications in the Health&Fitness category to be also TOP-1 in the world in respect of value for users!

There are 15 of us in the Recruitment team and we are looking for You!

Partnership with Managers. Our Hiring Managers are deeply involved in the recruitment process and are interested in productive hiring

User-friendly ATS system. We transferred our recruitment routine to BreezyHR - this saves time, collects analytics, and allows us to manage candidates conveniently and pleasantly

Effective recruitment tools. We have the freedom in choosing the necessary resources: we use Ln Recruiter Lite, DOU, Djinni, Turbo Hiring, Telegram, we love non-trivial solutions and systematically test new technologies

 

Your professional qualities:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment within a software development company
  • 1+ years of proven experience of leading at least 2 recruiters
  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates 
  • Ability to continuous improvements of hiring and candidates assessment process
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities
  • Experience with KPIs and data-driven approaches
  • Solution-focused thinking and an ownership mindset
  • Positive and open-minded style of communication
  • Champion the organizations vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behavior, and high standards of work
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English Level
