Executive Search Consultant

We are looking for a professional in Executive Search and Headhunting who will lead high-profile projects in recruitment in cooperation with the CEO of the company. 

This role foresees the provision of a smooth and top-notch candidate journey.

The person we are looking for is an excellent communicator and networker with a good understanding of the latest market trends.

  • Work with hiring managers to get a clear view of our hiring needs
  • Develop and carry out a targeted research strategy
  • Map out role criteria, define job descriptions
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Interview and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications match and they are a cultural fit 
  • Manage applications and responses, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
  • Use best practices regarding the art of negotiation with candidates
  • Network and build long-lasting relationships with candidates


  • At least 5 years of solid experience in Recruitment/Executive Search/Consulting required
  • Familiarity with C-level and senior level positions (tech and non-tech)
  • Experience with international markets
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Excellent networking and presentation skills 
  • Passion for connecting with people and building effective and trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Business acumen and market insight
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
