We are currently looking for a People Partner.

The main focus will be on the People Management of Support Team (up to 100 ppl). 

 

Challenges you’ll meet:

  • Onboarding of new specialists
  • Holding reviews (probation, mid-probation), involvement in the process of the regular performance reviews
  • Taking part in the Assessment process
  • Maintaining the internal HR System 
  • Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement
  • Retention activities
  • Participating in dismissal processes, handling exit-interviews, providing analytics 
  • Building processes from scratch
  • Taking part in preparation of team-building events and other corporate activities

 

Your professional qualities:

  • Truly understanding that HR is your passion
  • 1+ years of experience as People Partner/HR Manager
  • Experience with the main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal)
  • At least Intermediate level of English
  • Аdvanced data analysis skills to define problems or substantiate your suggestions
  • Ability to work in a changing environment, flexibility
