What You’ll Do:
• Handle and resolve requests from users via emails, Play Market and App Store consoles
• Contribute to the improvement of users’ experience
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys & interviews
• Share customer feedback with the team
• Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-Intermediate
• Great communication & interpersonal skills
• Sharp analytical & research skills
• Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks
Will be a plus:
• Fluent 2nd language
• Experience with Zendesk, Jira or another customer service software
• Experience in similar position
