Senior Legal Counsel

We are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to take an active part in company’s legal strategy development and implementation. 

The Senior Legal Counsel will report to our Head of Legal.


Challenges you'll meet: 

  • Analyzing and minimizing company’s legal risks in its areas and jurisdictions of operation (personal data protection, marketing and consumer rights compliance) 
  • Corporate structuring (companies incorporation and maintenance)
  • Ensuring compliance with AppStore & GooglePlay guidelines
  • Analyzing agreements (marketing, supply, service etc.)
  • Communicating and negotiating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions
  • Monitoring and analyzing legislative developments in company’s areas and jurisdictions of operation


Your professional qualities:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (including experience in top law firm, IT or other business operating internationally)
  • Experience with corporate matters in different jurisdictions (companies incorporation and maintenance, ad-hoc corporate matters)
  • Experience with contract law & business negotiations
  • Fluent English (including legal drafting)
