User Acquisition Manager

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager (office/remote) to launch advertising campaigns using paid marketing channels like Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and others (Health&Fitness, Education).

Challenges you’ll meet:

  • Full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns management: launching, optimization and scaling
  • Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization
  • Advertising campaigns performance monitoring, optimization and reporting
  • Research and evaluation of new user acquisition channels
  • New insights and process improvements development


About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (specific experience with mobile consumer apps would be a real benefit)
  • Practical experience with Facebook Ads/Google AdWords/Apple Search Ads and/or advertising networks
  • International paid acquisition hands-on experience
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition budgets
  • Analytical mindset. And be prepared to do some maths 😉
  • Higher education degree (technical, economics, applied mathematics, information technology)
  • Experienced user of Excel
  • Upper-intermediate English
