Refund Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced  Refund Operations Manager (Chargeback Manager) who is inspired by what they do and ready to drive a team working on the development of the world’s #1 applications in the Health & Fitness  and other categories. Challenges you'll meet:

  • In this role you will be a subject matter expert in the field of disputes. You will be a key point of contact and escalation within the other departments
  • You will tightly work cross-functionally with our Product, Analytics, Financial and Legal teams as well as with third-party payments processors. 
  • Within managing all aspects of the dispute resolution management process, you will have a great possibility to ensure regulatory compliance, minimize Company losses and implement process improvements.


In this role, you can expect to:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of disputes; identifies the source and key drivers of the issue and decides the appropriate actions to resolve the issue and coordination of several internal departments
  • Create a dispute reporting framework for required Company`s products
  • Analyse dispute rates regarding potential optimization in order to make recommendations for actions in regard to these issues
  • Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting risks in regards to dispute rates


About you:

  • 2+ years experience working on the role of Dispute Operations Manager or similar
  • The ability to analyze, summarize, and communicate findings and issues drawn from facts and apply complex legal and regulatory requirements in a technically competent manner
  • A passion for identifying problems and finding the best possible solution. Automation and optimization are two of your greatest strengths
  • Analytical and Problem-solving Abilities and Drive for Results goals
  • A strong desire to work for a fast-paced, high-growth organization
