Employer Communication Manager

We are currently looking for an Employer Communication Manager to take an active part in designing, planning and implementing company’s Communication strategy to attract and retain the best talent.


Challenges you'll meet: 

  • Oversee and drive company presence in professional media (DOU, McToday, Ain, etc.) and social media. Work with feedback about the company on external resources
  • Update corporate website with employer branded content
  • Develop and maintain the company’s corporate image and identity
  • Collaborate with professional communities, opinion leaders
  • Manage internal and external communication campaigns
  • Event management: sponsorships, partnerships, company’s external & internal events
  • Ensure company speakership on external events (drive, organize, prepare company speakers for events)
  • Proactively create and implement bright ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Participate in different HR projects as deem appropriate


Your professional qualities:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in middle-large companies (with headcount of 100+ people)
  • Experience in events management
  • Understanding of social media platforms and the ability to develop appropriate content to engage target audiences
  • Knowledge and proven experience in building strong communication strategy (preferably for IT companies)
  • English - Upper-intermediate (both written and oral)
