HR Business Partner

Here at Amazing Apps we create mobile applications for the Health & Fitness category, and we are also developing other areas. The company is currently in the world’s TOP3 (H&F) in terms of sales revenue.

We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner.

The main focus will be on the People Management of Amazing Apps Administrative team (Hr, Operations, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition). The number of employees — 50-60.

Since we are a product company and create our own products, the Administrative team plays an integral role in its development, supporting and assisting the product team at every stage. It is important to pay due attention to each employee in this team and create a comfortable environment for their development.

 
Challenges you’ll meet:

• Leading Admin direction in terms of HR process

• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal

• Manage HR projects: grading, profiling, mapping of competencies, assistance in the formation of org. team structure

• Participation in process automation

• Participation in the formation of the training strategy

 
Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience as HR Business People/Partner/HR Manager

• Good understanding and experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal)

• Advanced data analysis skills to define problems or substantiate your suggestions

• Ability to work in a changing environment, flexibility

• English - Upper Intermediate
