We are looking for a Head of Reporting who will lead the Company's reporting function and will be responsible for preparation and distribution of various financial statements and reports, and preparation of the reporting process to the SEC requirements.

Challenges you'll meet:

  • Ownership of the process underlying the preparation and distribution of financial statements and reports (annual, quarterly statutory reporting and monthly investor reporting)
  • Lead the Group annual PCAOB audit and quarterly reviews of consolidated FS with the independent auditors
  • Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls
  • Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process
  • Direct line-management responsibility for the reporting team
  • Research and resolve accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure compliance with the IAS, IFRS
  • Work closely with the Accounting, Legal, Tax and Treasury teams on Group projects such as corporate restructurings and new internal and external reporting requirements
  • Implementation and ongoing SOX compliance requirements over the financial reporting process
  • Participation in automatization of the reporting process in the accounting system
  • Ad-hoc financial reporting as required

Your professional qualities:

  • 7+ years of experience in Big 4 company (audit) or similar experience in reporting function in a big company
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • ACCA/CPA certification
  • Proven track records 
  • Extensive Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
  • Internal controls experience
  • Managerial experience
  • English - Advanced

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience or knowledge of SEC requirements and PCAOB audit
  • Experience in eurobonds issuing process (as minimum)
  • Prior experience around SOX and internal controls
